Waited over 30 minutes for 2 items off the Hot-N-Ready menu, and then when it was brought to my car the sauce wasn't with it, so had to go back in and get someone's attention in back to get it for me because there wasn't anyone up front. If an item advertised as Hot-N-Ready and it isn't I think they should tell you before paying that it is not actually ready and give an estimate of how long it'll be.
