Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered Lunch for my Crew the Pizza's weren't cut right I had to use my pizza cutter, also not enough sauce which leaves you with a dry pizza, and even tho it is for Delivery I believe when you order something it should be as Good as a Dine-in experience, you are still spending the Money and it shows the establishment cares about the customer's Delivery experience.

Why do they never answer the phone. And the app doesn't let you add extras

Pizza isn’t always fresh/hot as it should be & the pizza sauce is ALWAYS scarcely spread & missing in a lot of places

Ordered a pizza, said it would be ready in 30 minutes, so we went to pick it up. Workers were rude, and we were told the pizza was still in the oven. After waiting for over an hour, while other customers were ordering and getting there food, we were still told it was in the oven. I’ve had many bad experiences, but this tops it all. They obviously did not want to serve us and we were in the minority, so that likely had something to do with it. Do not order from here! Not worth your time and these people should not be employed.

This is the closest Little Caesars to me so I will unfortunately keep on coming. But I never understood how they advertise "hot & ready" and there is never any HOT AND READY. I wish they would hire more people if them being understaffed is the issue. I stay disappointed.

I usually always come to this location, it’s a 50/50. Not worth it at this point. And the pizza is not done how you want it done. Never well done, usually regular or even raw. Management needs to do better. Hire more people. Something is clearly wrong here, I understand it’s busy and which is why you guys need to do better.

Placed an order online with a pickup time. Got to the restaurant five minutes after my estimated time from the email and my pizza was not ready. I understand places are short but man why can't places communicate with their consumer and inform them the pizza is running late?
