They'll literally look you in the eye and say they can't answer the phone because they're busy. Although they literally walk by the ringing phone. They purposely want you to go in and order and wait for your pizza. Not everyone wants to order online using credit or debit cards. Some of us only use cash

Servizio is let's say Friendly but waiting time is awful... had order and three times in a row had to wait 30 mins for an order that was supposed to be done half the time place sucks
