Always rude, never in a hurry. Sauce cups are criminally empty, and everyone is mad at you.

I was a walk in and they were supper busy, however took care of me within 10-12 minutes!!

I love this pizza but you need to do on board training for all staff/management. I would assume there's standards of operation staff needs to follow. Its management that needs basic customer service training and a sense of logic. Then train staff so they know what they need to do as well, build moral or something. "Hot n ready" pizza is nonexistant, it takes too long to get ur order. Such a loss of business. With simply some effort from whoever runs the place, business would increase dramatically I think.
