Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered a single item and had to wait for it for over an hour. No email update, and very little info from employees when I went in to see what was taking so long.

If I could give this location a half star review, I would. Actually, it doesn’t even deserve half a star. My mother and I walked in to place an order, and as we came in, one of the employees walked to the back without acknowledging us. While we stood there waiting for five minutes, we had made eye contact with a young female employee sitting in the back playing on her phone. She then got up, put some boxes of pizza away, and did not return to assist us. We immediately left, disgusted at how whoever was on shift tonight blatantly ignored us. This is absolutely unacceptable. We took our business to another location and were served immediately upon our arrival.

2/3/23 Update Ordered online today. Clean location, better customer service. Only issue this time was that my order wasn't ready at the time the app said it would be. The pizza & stix is a thin crust with no garlic butter on the crust. It comes with sauce for the stix. A bit bland without the garlic butter but it's ok. They have improved so they get a few more stars. 10-2-22 First time here in a long time. Located off of Wesley Chapel in Decatur Georgia. In the Wesley crossing shopping area. In between a body waxing shop and nail shop. I got a coupon from T-Mobile Tuesdays and decided to use it so I ordered online and waited for my pizza and bread sticks to be ready. I guess I went in before I got the email because I had no clue my pizza would be inside the warmer. So I stood in line and waited until she told me my pizza was in the warmer. There were boxes on the counter, lots of big signs, no drinks in the fridge in the lobby, and two chairs for waiting. Once the young lady told me that I could pick up my pizza and breadsticks I pulled it out of the warmer. She told me to wait so that she could get me the sauce for the breadsticks which took about 5 minutes. When she gave it to me, it was cold as if it was just taken out of the fridge. The last time I got breadsticks they actually look like bread and they were with warm sauce. I looked forward to eating my breadsticks because I haven't had them in a long time but when I looked in the bag there were a lot of flat pieces of something. Once I got home and open the bag I saw, as my pictures will show, that they were very flat, greasy, overly cooked pieces of what looked like uncooked dough. The parmesan cheese was just an afterthought and it looked like it had been dipped in butter and thrown in the bag. I was looking for actual breadsticks and that is not with those are and so they were not eaten. The pizza looks okay, tastes all right. I'm just so disappointed at the level of cooking. I felt like it was just kind of thrown together. There's no spacing in the pepperonis some areas don't even have pepperoni it's just blank cheese. They did get a 90 on their food score. Just pure disappointment. Not worth the money I paid for the breadsticks and even though I had a coupon neither was the pizza. Everytime I place a DoorDash order here they cancel it. And the one time I’ve been inside the location there was a fight between the customer and staff. And even tho they close at ten as soon as 9pm hits they start closing and cleaning… I’ve worked food and that’s not how it works… yll do that at 10 when u CLOSE!. I know all fast food is suffering right now because nowhere is paying right. But maybe this place should at least be removed from DoorDash if they can’t fulfill orders
