Little Caesars Pizza

I literally drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this specific location ! They're the only location that answer the phones and the staff is always attentive

If I could give no stars I would. Cashier was extremely rude and didn’t wanna do her basic job, like give me the sauce that I paid for. Unprofessional

I placed my order on the app got an alert that my order was ready Walked into store and spoke got nothing I said HELLO again still nothing stood there for at least 2 min then finally someone came up to me I gave him my name he immediately said it’s not ready so I asked how long cause the app says it’s ready he says nothing then another customer walks in a different nationality ohhh he almost breaks his neck to great her and get her order all while I’m still standing waiting then he finally says did I put the number in the little machine and wow my order was ready the whole time last time visiting this racist establishment they waisted 10 min of my time just because he DIDENT want to work today y’all need to teach your workers customer service and that ALL PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED EQUALLY!!!!!

I love this Little Caesars... They always get my pizza just right and it's always delicious!

Pésimo…….

Called was on hold for about 15 minutes. Went inside of the restaurant and specifically requested my pizza was pie-cut . I repeated the order several times and was repeated by the cashier. When I made it home, guess what I saw?!! Square cut vs pie.. I called the restaurant back to let know what happened and was on hold for 45 minutes..... So disappointing...

Get the app & pickup. Simple, easy & saves time waiting. Great customer service when picking up.
