I have been waiting for a 65% refund since mid October. I had an incomplete order and a burnt thin crust cheese pizza. The store told me to call a different number, which I did... and apparently it's a dedicated number for little cesar's that is operated by Door Dash, even though I ordered from Little Cesar's website. I have called several times about this, I keep being told it will be escalated. It's already 2 months later. I have not received it. They said they have escalated it to the store owner, and no response. I have several e-mails with promises and reference numbers. Update: I decided to call the store again and explain the situation and told them I can show them the e-mail correspondences, reference numbers... they went ahead and said they could replace the items that were missing and the pizza. My rating: 4/5 for employees (would be 5 except for the first employee from when I ordered it in October wouldn't take care of the situation. Customer Service for online orders: 0/0, for constantly making promises and not following through. Store owner or management: 0/0 since their dedicated number for online orders told me the store owner isn't responding back to them.
