It came like this by the way.
They didn’t have my order ready bad customer service and burn pizza!!
Placed an order on 3.24.24 3 Pizzas, 1 Cheesy Bread & Wings The food was burnt, cut improperly & very strangely half the pizza was missing the bottom crust. As if it was intentionally removed (possibly due to being burnt). I called to speak with the manager Mark & requested a credit, not a refund, with hopes that the grit would give a second chance to right the wrong of the order. Mark was unprofessional & told me to contact corporate. Everything about this experience is bad for business.
I highly suggest waiting inside the store for your order. Apparently they get lost all the time.
Hot and ready good to eat
Every time I order here, I'm hopeful it's not as bad as the last time...but here we are. My "scheduled" pickup time is always late by at least 20 min, not acknowledged by the staff until I bother someone in the kitchen. Pretty dirty inside and not enough seating to wait. At least 3 old ladies standing for 15 min isn't cool. Mediocre pizza for a cheap price gets you mid service I guess.
