My server was amazing. The burger was tasty, just not a price point for the size that I'd expect

This is one of few burger places in town where the meat actually has flavor. I like the burger with Pineapple.

First time here. 4.5 stars. Great burger, great service by Anna. My only quibble is I thought the fries were bland and and a tad undercooked. But we’ll definitely be back!

Great food! Great atmosphere! Server Anna S was so nice.

Nice location, outdoor seating. Close to the hopping areas of Tucson. However, the burgers are overrated now. Like all the “famous” burger joints that make it into a TV special, they all quietly slide down hill on quality. The meat has so little flavor now, lots of hard grizzle in it, usually comes out dry, overcooked or in special occasion it’s undercooked. The buns are sometimes toasted nicely with butter and sometimes not. The ingredients on the burgers themselves are clearly of poor quality. Wilted lettuce, old tomato’s, the jelly’s and sauces the offer to cover you meat in are all poor quality like kraft or Sysco products, nothing home made here, nothing stands out, the ketchup is waters down as well. It’s hit or miss here really. French fries are just plane and boring, like the ones you get from any other food chain. Reminds me of Burger King fry’s, back when they coated them. Anyhow, the service is slightly slow 3 out of 5 of my visits in the last 5 years, always for lunch, when it’s not even that busy. There are much better choices in tucson to get quality burgers. Especially at this price! Vegetarian options: Black bean burger is better than the meat burgers they serve here. Go figure…

Food was great and came out quick. Tried limited things before committing to a whole buffet solely to see if there was an allergic reaction. Really appreciate the server, Abby, and think she crushed it. Definitely could have skipped the side of fries because chicken sammy was so filling. Looking forward to going again and recommend to those that have dietary restrictions! Downside… guacamole is definitely just packaged and not very good tasting at all. Everything else was good! Dietary restrictions: The grilled chicken option makes it super easy to share dietary restrictions!!! Server was great and super knowledgeable on menu and if it’d be okay to eat.

Ate here yesterday haven't been here in four years now I know why, food is horrible burgers have no flavor are super burned, they give you any condiments like ketchup or anything or offer, don't ask for tots their fryer seems like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile they come out burned & weird tasting Never come here please
