Light & Healthy Sushi Bar

Best sushi in Santa Clarita, hands down.

I've been going here since 2011. Thirteen years of consistent excellence. The highest quality cuts of fish, fantastic customer service and unique flavor combinations. I live almost 500 miles away in a food mecca but all I dream about is Light and Healthy sushi. Once a year I get the privilege to enjoy this experience. I'm so grateful. Check the photos out.

The food was great and the options were abundant; idk what was up with our server though. She didn't introduce herself so im not sure what her name was but she did her best to make sure we felt like we had no business being there. It was the closest I've ever come to not leaving a tip. Sorry for bothering you at work miss ma'am, i won't do it again. Sushi was fire though and the chef seemed like a really cool and friendly guy from what i could see of the bar.

All the food, the fish was fresh, tasty and it melt on your mouth, it was delicious! And the service was excellent! As always!

The best sushi in all SCV, anything from the menu, is delicious. Sushi Sashimi And rolls the best of the best!! I recently had the pleasure of dining at light and healthy sushi bar, and I was very impressed with our server, Alexia. Alexia is new to the restaurant, but she did an amazing job. She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. When we first sat down, greeted us promptly and offered us a drink. She then took the time to explain the menu to me and answer any questions I had. I ordered a variety of sushi rolls and appetizers, and Alexia made sure that everything came out correctly and in a timely manner. Overall, I was very impressed with Alexia's service. She was new to the restaurant, but she did an amazing job. friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. I would definitely recommend dining at light and healthy sushi bar and requesting Alexia as your server.
