At the deli, there is no table service. Instead, you need to approach the counter to place your order. Once you order, they will serve you with huge sandwiches that are incredibly delicious. Though the food may sound simple, the unique twist they add to it makes it finger-licking good.

I've gone there a few times now and don't think I'll be back. The not so great review is due to the following: 1) Although the food itself is ok, I liked the ham jam and I like their hummus, the prices are really high and then they tack on a 10% quality fee on top of everything, so anything you get keep in mind the price is actually 10% higher, e.g. every sandwich will actually be $20 or over $20. 2) Only three sides are included in that $20 price to choose from. All other sides are an extra charge. And the size of the sides are a joke. Just a little condiment container. So that adds to the feeling of being over charged for that $20 price tag. 3) The 10% added "quality" charge. That should just be baked into the pricing of your product. Just increase all your prices by 10% and be honest and forthright about it instead of hiding it. Especially if this quality charge doesn't go directly to the staff. As you read the other reviews regarding this issue, people are annoyed with this charge as it is not up front disclosed and is only discovered if you actually look at a printed out receipt beforehand which no one does these days due to the electronic POS systems everyone now uses. So it becomes a complete surprise after the fact which is a problem. You were just charged and paid for something you didn't know about. But for the people who are aware of this charge, they then don't add any tip at all as they are considering this "quality" charge like it is a tip. So if this charge does not go to staff, then all those people who now no longer give a tip due to this extra charge, means that all the staff are now not getting any tips because of this charge being assessed (unless staff do get this quality charge?). But we customers don't know what this charge really is for or who gets it, as it is not disclosed or transparent which is a problem and why people are also annoyed with it... The way this charge is handled is just shady and not handled properly (and potentially screwing your own staff out of tips and unnecessarily losing some customers over it (from reading other reviews) as they are annoyed being charged something unknowingly beforehand-just seems like an unnecessary and preventable loss...). Or maybe they do this for accounting and tax purposes as maybe this revenue is being accounted for differently and they are getting some sort of accounting/tax benefit from handling this revenue item this way... which if this is the case, is also shady.... 4) During busy times you can only order takeout as otherwise you'll be waiting in a line for a half an hour or more to place your order and there will also be no seating available. 5) All the times I have been there the staff was always helpful and friendly until this last time I was there. The person taking my order was awful and purposely went out of his way to make me feel belittled and unwelcomed. I felt horrible and uncomfortable after the encounter with this person. Like I meant nothing, not only as a customer, but as a human being....

This place is amazing! The food is delicious, the coffee is fresh, and my server, Ally, was friendly AND hot! 10/10 experience.

• RECOMMENDATIONS: Breakfast Sandwich, Add Pastrami for $4 - it completes the sandwich. Sorry I didn’t take a photo. • I really dig the architecture, design and overall vibes. Beautiful spring weather helped but I also want to note that every staff member was on point and spreading good energy. Good hiring!
