Great customer service to match the great donuts. Highly recommend. Had a minor hiccup with a delivery at no fault of the business and ad opposed to dismissing it as my problem they listened and cared enough to identify the importance of the gift and did their best to assist. Very happy and thanks heaps!

Long overdue review, letterbox is perfect in every single way. Their donuts always taste so good and the traditional glaze is just chefs kiss. People at events are always floored when they realize the donuts spell out a message, and taste so good. They also offer letter dog cookies which is so unique and pups love! Need to remember to ask for business cards so people can grab at our events, the next time we order. We’ve ordered from them multiple times and they always exceed our expectations. Their quality and customer service are a great representation of a small business that truly cares, thank you letterbox!

Amazing donuts and great service!

The Letterbox team was amazing to work with! They were super helpful in working with me for the design of the donuts, and the donuts, which were the decor focal point of my party, turned out beautifully! (note, stand pictured is my own and not the one you would rent from letterbox). Their communication was excellent throughout and they were also very accommodating. I will definitely order donuts here again, and highly recommend :)

I stumbled across Letterbox Doughnuts when I was trying to find sweet treats I could send to my Nieces in Toronto for their birthdays as I live in Australia. Their doughnuts & sugar cookies are so yummy and the decorations & presentation are beautiful! They go above and beyond for their customers and nothing is too hard. Placed 2 orders over the last 2 days for my 2 very favourite people in the world- I am sooo impressed with the process- the online ordering was so thorough and honestly the designs were better than I could have imagined !!! The delivery was seamless and I was so impressed that you delivered to Milton, normally I have to use 2 companies to get it done because the other delivery was in Toronto! 100% will order again!
