They have a bad manager who does not know nothing

It was my first time in Leto and I think is the best place in London I like the food and the best cake I try the pistachio rose petals cakes and the service is amazing thanks for Mohamed it was very friendly and very nice guy

The cakes were either dry or heavily deformed. For the pictures I had to reset the cakes before. For 10 pounds per cake, it did not stood for itself. There are many other great places around and in London. Thanks to Alia Bhatt, the place has gone viral and more than 50% of guests are Indian tourists. 12.5% service charge on top of substandard cakes is a real overkill.

The food was yummmm, on top of that Jenisha was very sweet and her service was amazing. Will visit again!

The cake is overwhelmingly sweet, to the point where it was hurting my throat: I could almost feel my arteries being clogged. It also took forever to catch a waiter's attention when I wanted to order and when I needed to pay, and this was at night when the restaurant was nearly empty (only 2 other groups). I'm not normally the picky type and I rarely leave reviews, but I've never eaten at a place where it was this hard to get an employee's attention.

Ramyr is the best waiter I have ever had serve me and my friend. He is very kind and has a great personality and looks after his customers brilliantly. Thank you so much Ramyr for a wonderful cake experience.

The staff is nice and the coffee was amazing

The overall atmosphere was nice. The cakes and the beverages looked good as well. However, the staff wasn’t welcoming at all, in fact our waitress was quite ignorant to our requests and kinda demanded us to leave her a tip she definitely didn’t deserve. Wouldn’t come back.
