The lady is so rude and unprofessional. She also wanted to pack my additional napoleons in paper bags instead of a box so cancelled the additional order and she threw my card on the counter.

Very rude, called for an event, the lady didn’t even bother to listen to me! All she was interested in is hang the phone because I was asking if they do delivery!!!

Excellent danish and puff-pastries....very well-made!! Pricy, but worth it for that special occasion!

Don't waste your time, money, and self-respect on this very rude place. I found several other french bakeries, with much better quality and service. She was very rude, and the quality of food was just average...at best. Just a very miserable place.

I have been coming to this bakery like 2-3 times a year, for about 5 years now. Not anymore though after today. The treats are delightful.. the pastries are amazing... but the manager/owner of the shop is HORRIBLE. I would have gone soooooo much more throughout the years if her attitude were different. It's usually just her working, probably because she can't keep her employees.. because of her attitude. It's not only unprofessional, but it makes people NOT want to go back. Every time I leave, I want to call the owner to complain... then I realize she IS the owner. Haha. I have worked customer service, retail and the food industry my whole life.. and I honestly don't know how she is still in business.
