Wednesday, April 10, 7:50 PM.pulled up in their drive-through. two cars ahead of me. I was car number 3. after approximately six minutes you could hear on the speaker asking the person to take their order. who knows how long they had been sitting there before that. they waited 3 to 4 minutes before they took the order of car in front of me. I pulled up and they took my order right away. I started to pull around and the first car still had not gotten their order from the window. Still waiting and now at 8:20 when I drove away that first car still had not gotten their order from the window ???? good grief people could run out of gas just waiting in line. this is certainly no way to run a business when you're in the customer service business. I guess they did not have any adults working there Wednesday night. I have always liked their food. it is quite good but this lack of service there is no excuse for. none whatsoever !!! owners / managers of Lennys.... What are you doing ??? your own people are making your customers leave with nothing. shame on you !!!!!!!!

Lenny's is one those places that once you try them you'll be back.
