Lemongrass Fusion Bistro

We should have read the recent reviews! What happened to this place? Service was abysmal and food was not what it uaed to be. So so sad.

This place has fallen from grace, sadly. Years ago it was among my favorite fine dining locations in the short north, but now it has traded quality food and service for a 'trendy' casual atmosphere with embarrassing decor. The food was bad - with the exception of the lemongrass soup which was quite good. We didn't even drink our one mixed drink due to the taste.

I went for a friends birthday celebration on Wednesday night . There were 8 of us which yes is a bigger party. But it was also a slow Wednesday night . Service was horrible. Server was rude. Our drinks came out all at different times , I was given the wrong cocktail and half way through drinking it the server came back and took it from me to bring me the right one and didn’t even apologize for the mistake . As if he was blaming me for drinking what he set in front of me ! Our food came out at all different times. Portions were small and over priced . None of us really loved the food. This was a birthday and the energy was so poor. The server had nothing nice to say . To top it off we all had 20% gratuity added to our checks automatically. It feels a little wrong this wasn’t disclosed. And before you say it’s stated on the menu … we had no menuss !!! You HAVE to scan and order from your phone. Bad experience . Very dissapointed. Would like a refund !

Fantastic service, great atmosphere and delicious food. Had a great time with my family.

Didn't have everything I ordered for pickup in the bag

First time going here and the service was unfortunately really bad. We didn’t even end up eating here bc no one ever came to give us a menu. We were waiting 15-20mins for someone to come over to our table to wait on us there were not busy at all… never got a menu … really weird vibes so we just left ! Disappointed
