My father-in-law looks forward to the one dollar clam chowder every year. He literally reads the advertisement on Facebook and send it in the family group chat and is such a fan so when this year he went to go order his typical dollar clam chowder he was a very disappointed in the horrible and discriminatory Behavior of the staff at this location. Basically he went up. He ordered his 10 cups of clam chowder. The woman informed him that it would be about 30 minutes and he could come back in so he did that. He waited in his car and then he went back in and then there was another person there a manager, and they explained that the clam chowder actually is not available and that somebody would have to go all the way to Peabody to get the clam chowder and he was understandably very upset because the woman said that it would be OK and he would be able to get it in 30 minutes. He felt discriminated against because his son went in earlier and they didn’t want to give him 10 cups of clam chowder for the promotional price and it seems like these two different stories were just so that he would go away and not come back to get the promotional clam chowder , the location that he went to in the North Shore somewhere else was very nice and accommodating so he eventually got the clam chowder, but this place in this location was terrible. Do not come here.
Excellent atmosphere, delicious food and amazing customer service.
A great place but the portions are small for the price. Service was great. Will definitely go back
excellent food and service
Great experience, our server was very professional and made for a great pace for the meal. Those Mussels are out of this world
TW: indoctrination I often come here in order to get the tuna tataki and the crabcake. They are consistently delicious and while expensive, that makes sense for the area and situation. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to the fact that they are blasting worship music for the American Christian God The loud sobbing overproduced atmosphere this created made me sick to my stomach, and I will not be returning. I blame this on the parent company PPX that has control over the Pandora station and it’s sad to see another local chain get turned into a weird religious flex for powerful old, rich, white people. Used to be good it’s OK if you pop in for something quick but if nationalism makes you sick don’t eat here
