Very fast and accurate.. great vibes

Atmosphere is great drinks took over an hour to come out for one drink and food was out before the drinks which is backwards went to the bar they didn’t want to serve I do not recommend coming here if you want to wait on a Saturday night for over an hour, they need more help or better yet new management

Me and my friends have been here a few times now and the customer service seems to be getting worse. At this most recent visit, our appetizers and drinks took forever to come out, mind you it was only 3-4 other tables at the time. Our waitress was sweet, however we had to chase her down just to find out what was going on with our orders. We then watched her pack up her belongs and left without saying a word to us. It took then took some time for one of the managers to figure out who would then wait on our table. The 2hours reservation was never communicated to us until after we had already been there for almost 3 hours. Mind you, this entire time we were ordering food and drinks. Another manager was very accommodating once I explained the situation but that was just an unnecessary headache. The food and drinks are bomb; the customer service needs a lot of work.

I’ve been to Legacy lounge a couple times the food is always amazing. The first time I went we had really good service but the last few times I’ve been the service has been really bad. The last time I went I waited over 30 minutes to get my food while everybody else had their food mind you we all ordered at the same time. I went to speak with my server, and she said yes she had put the food in. I asked her what the holdup was. She said that they were making fresh crab balls, which is fine but she didn’t Communicate that with me until I went to her. then, for my understand, it was shift change, because she just left, and never introduced us to our new server. And the other occasion was pretty much the same just long wait times for food and drinks, but I served Did inform her that she was new it was first I suggest they do better job training the young ladies they have there

I’ve been to this place twice and both times I had a BLAST! I had family come in from Georgia and they loved it as well. Definitely will be back! Food, drinks and vibes was on point. 10/10 definitely recommend!

My wife and I were so excited about trying this place out, so I made reservations on our anniversary!! We arrived 10 mins prior to the time set forth and was still denied our table reservation for no given reason. The door guys clearly wanted the situation to escalate and became aggressively annoyed when I asked for an explanation and to speak to management!! We used our better judgement and decided this place wasn't worth it if they couldn't even honor a reservation ✌

This place is it!!! I can honestly say I have NO COMPLAINTS. Me and 10 of my family members had a reservation on Saturday night and some were a little late. They gave us grace and waited before they sat us (due to two hour reservation limit)…eventually they came and we were seated. (In a great spot, mind you)..the party was PARTYING, the food was DELICIOUS, and the drinks were definitely “DRUNK”!!!! AND, we stayed as long as we wanted to! Oh yeah, we’re definitely going back there. I’ve been here in jville for almost 3 years and always said I wanted to try this lounge. Finally did and they gets 10 stars!!!!!
