Lee’s KBBQ Hot Pot

It was okay. Not the best hotpot we have tried. The little Coleman burner they have is very awkward, especially if you are eating with kids. We would have much rather had our own pot. The waitress was nice and did a good job. The broth beef mushroom broth was pretty good. We may possibly go back and try the made to order items. Unfortunately the kimchi, that is for us an essential part of those meals, is way too sweet. My son eats kimchi every day and isn't super picky about it, but he wouldn't touch theirs after one small bite.

This was our 1st time here, we ordered off the menu. We ordered the Bibimbap and the ramen soup. We were thrilled at how good it was. The staff were exceptionally nice. We cannot wait to go back

We’ve been hearing about this place from people around work. Went in expecting a great dinner. Unfortunately, this place seems to be struggling with having enough employees. We left after about 15 minutes of not getting any service.

If I could rate a 0 if I could. Went on Friday at noon. It wasn't busy and our table was only seen a few times compared to the table right next to us. We ordered round 1 and finished it quickly. We then WAITED 30 MINUTES for our second round to be delivered and that's only because we complained that er sat there for 30 minutes with no food. The table next to us however got their food they ordered after us before we did. They also had overfilled their pot with food because they were complaining it wasn't cooking. Yet we had no food and had to complain to the front because we just sat there. We were there for an hour and half. We only got to order 2 rounds because of how long it took for our food to come to the table. I LEFT FEELING HUNGRY FROM AN ALL YOU CAN EAT PLACE!!! That was the most upsetting part for me. My husband and I had to share the order form when we went in for all you can eat. You can only order 3 rounds so not really all you can eat. Their selections of food are tiny. So if you do come here make sure to put X amount of food you want like x2 or x4. It's not truly all you can eat. I will not be returning. It's sad when you can't get full when paying for all you can eat. We didn't even have time to order a round 3 because we couldn't risk it taking another 30 minutes to get the round 3 of food. This place is ridiculous I'll be visiting the other hotpot location in the future. Theirs is a 2 hr time limit and they have an iPad to place your orders instead of relying on if your waiter decides to see you. Oh and if you want a refill you HAVE TO ASK FOR REFILLS. The waiter didn't offer to refill our water.

We ordered the Gal-bi rib Bi-bim-bap to go, after seeing it in the website and remembering the great bowls we used to get in Hawaii. When I went inside to get the order, I noted how busy the place was (it was a Monday night). Good sign. The takeout took longer than the estimate texted, but when we got it home, it paid off! Fantastic flavors throughout the bowl. Highly recommend. We will be back.

This was an amazing K BBQ experience! Food and service was perfect. Selections weren't as numerous as I've seen in other larger places, but they have everything you would want! I only docked a star because they were out of nearly every drink advertised on their menu. I found this highly disappointing. When I go again, if I'm able to order one of their previously unavailable soju cocktails I will bump this reviews up to 5 stars!

This used to be my favorite restaurant. My husband and I would eat hotpot here at least once a week. I haven't been back since late January because the service and food quality were awful. They were out of nearly everything and the things that they did have were not fresh, the meat was cut very thick, and (who I'm assuming are) the owners kept seating people with one server present- the entire staff turned over which is a terrible sign, especially because the servers were all so kind and efficient! I'm honestly so bummed and probably wont be back.

Treat your staff better.

Great fun for our family! We love going here for the food and the experience. It’s a casual, laid back, fun atmosphere for our family of four. My teen girls love that they are always showing Kpop videos on the TV. They have a wide assortment of condiments, spices and sauces. The food is of great quality. Vegetables are always fresh and clean. The meat is high quality, as well. We enjoy going during the week, as opposed to the weekend when it can be very busy, but at either time…the service has always been sufficient. We especially enjoy the individual hot pot table that they’ve added. Each of us can create our own cooking broth, as we desire, with all of their many flavoring options. We’ve eaten here many times over the past couple of years.
