This is a must visit in harlem. Delicious rugelach that is warm and gooey when you get it. I love the apricot flavoring personally. The cookies are a crispy variety, like a tate's bakery and excellent flavor. I reccomend the fudge pecan cookie. This place is most famous for the rugelach but all the treats are amazing if you want to try an authentic black and white cookie that is very fresh. This is not a Cafe, with coffee and bathroom, it is just a bakery with a little store front to buy baked good. No bathroom, minimal sitting, but ideal for grabbing a treat and walking around.
I saw this place on your tube and was excited to go check it out and the lady behind the desk was extremely rude could not even hi honestly made me want to walk out I got a pie hopefully it’s better than the customer service.
Was super super excited to walk in to lees baked goods today. After seeing it on YouTube and the excitement went from 100-0 because of the cashier that was there today . She didn’t even say hello to me and my family she basically made me feel like she didn’t even want to speak to us .
We received a gift of the rugelach (we love in Pittsburgh) and it’s a revelation. Really special!.
