On a rainy day during my visit to Orange County, the buzz surrounding Le Shrimp Ramen in West Coast Plaza drew me in, promising a perfect remedy for the weather—a steaming bowl of ramen. Opting for their signature trio shrimp ramen, I was not disappointed. Less than mediocre ramen. Soup has no depth, no umami at all. Noodles itself is very bland with no texture at all.
