Charged me over $8 for a small iced latte.

This was my first visit in a year or so. Staff is friendly, service is excellent. Food is good; had a Belgian waffle (could have been a bit bigger:) ). We sat inside; gets a bit too noisy and the bread cutting machine sounds like a freight train and I could actually feel the vibrations - immersive multi sensory experience :) Will continue visiting, but won’t miss the bread cutter if someone decides to retire it.

Zero stars, actually. Understaffed and rude. Terrible service. Counter staff wouldn't let us order, as we were going to dine in. Waited for more than 15 min, and no waiter even approached our table. Went back to counter to order, as a waiter approached the table, not to take our, but to tell our party that we -couldn't- take a table because we had a box of empanadas from a stand outside.

Love the restaurant and service. Their decor is nice as well. We came here for brunch and ordered the following: 1. Latte - didn’t like it, over roasted beans 2. Mimosa - ok 3. Smoked salmon omelette - overall great, salmon was a lot salty 4. Chicken mozzarella melt - delicious 5. Granola parfait 6. mini pancakes - kids loved it Overall a good option when you are here shopping at the Americana mall. Wait time was 10mins for Saturday brunch. 4. Parking: Parking lot is $30per day
