Le Macaron French Pastries - North Point Mall

The lady in the counter was friendly. Clean place . But the napoleon ingredients are different. Is not the same flavor .in the past the napoleon was better . Now feeling like freezing products.

The customer service, was not good , after I left my initial comment the manager reach me out and apologize, I hope they improve their customer attention .

I walked up to the shop and was looking at the different flavors. I went to order and this is how the cashier was. I greeted her and she looked over her phone and continued whatever she was doing on her screen. I stood for at least 5 minutes waiting for her to finish before I just walked away without being served.

The customer service is terrible, two girls really mean and they were using their phones, when I tried order they couldn’t hear me because they had their headphones, also the lime ice cream is awful, Super bitter taste, like an old lemonade and the bubble gum Ice cream too sweet and bad Bubble was for my daughter and she didn’t finish it, I thought it was a healthy option. the ice cream could be good for others, but a bad service can ruin your day even if the product is really good

Absolutely the best lemon tart!!!!! The sparkling lemonade was amazing as well. The lady who waited on me was the friendliest woman and the biggest smile! I will be back again!!!!!
