Le French DTC Belleview Station

Went for late lunch, it was pretty quiet. Good menu, a little fancy, nice people. Probably a very different evening vibe would be my guess. If you’re reading this far in the reviews, just go and check it out for yourself. I ate the poutine before photographing it, it was outstanding.

Jeremy, or whatever he calls himself, portrays himself as a chef at that restaurant, yet his lack of awareness about basic hygiene standards is alarming. He carelessly cuts vegetables on the same surface as meat, demonstrating a fundamental ignorance that puts the health of customers at risk. Moreover, his selfish motives are evident in his actions. Instead of working for the collective success of the team, he seems solely focused on advancing his own agenda. He deliberately undermines hardworking individuals to maintain his position of power, preferring to surround himself with inexperienced staff whom he can easily manipulate. Furthermore, Jeremy's incompetence extends beyond the kitchen. He displays a disturbing tendency to take on tasks far beyond his expertise, attempting to fix everything from plumbing to scheduling, all while neglecting his primary responsibilities as a cook. It's deeply disappointing that the restaurant tolerates such behavior from someone who not only lacks culinary proficiency but also disregards basic standards of cleanliness and teamwork. It's high time for the manager to take decisive action and remove Jeremy from his role, ensuring the well-being of both the staff and the patrons.

Nice low key bar in the Tech Center to grab a drink or meal and meet a friend. If you can stay for dinner, the food is delicious! Had the steak frites and the meal was very tasty! Finish it off with the creme brulee, plenty to split between 2! You won't regret it! Friendly, open atmosphere where you can hold a conversation, get a good mixed drink or great glass of wine where there is really good service at the bar, especially tonight! Glad my friend introduced me to this place, would recommend!

I love this place.

Sat at the bar and the bartenders were friendly and attentive! Some of the best escargot I’ve had in Denver. It was rich but balanced with a good amount of lemon. Their French onion soup with a vegetable broth base was phenomenal! Not too heavy but still packed with flavor.

Very knowledgeable staff. Seamless hospitality. Excellent food that respects ingredients.

Good flavors not good enough to warrant a return.
