As a French person, it's a shame when you advertise yourself as a french place and show a french tea brand, but ends up serving a totally different brand that is mediocre and non-French. It feels misleading and disrespectful. The coffee is also just as bad as the tea you served.

In the “coffee” area, there is a nice bakery that also serves warm drinks.

Ordered a Chocolate Milk which is on the menu. I received a hot chocolate. I told the lady that I had ordered a chocolate milk and not a hot chocolate and she told me that wasn’t true. Then I went back and asked her again and she tried to charge me for it but after some negotiation she said ok. I gave her the hot chocolate back and then she had someone else make a chocolate milk. I then receive a chocolate milk with mint, which wasn’t at all what I ordered and additionally I can’t consume mint. I noticed that it said mint on the cup 20 seconds later and when I went back again they refused to give me what I actually had ordered. Even though I was frustrated I spent another 6$ on a chocolate milk. It’s incredible how they refused to believe that they made a mistake not one but two times and ultimately they had me spend extra due to their mistakes.

Relaxed environment .. good American food & drink. Cool seating. Big screen TV too. Mario for Lunch, Enrique for Dinner

Tolles Gebäck, sehr schöne Location, leider keine Bedienung am Tisch (ich konnte nicht feststellen, ob das generell nicht möglich ist) und es gibt weder Besteck noch Tassen. Es wird alles ‚to Go‘ verpackt. Deshalb 3 Sterne.
