Our favorite place ! Tasty food. Wonderful dishes , all of them! Our favorites are chicken wings - the marinate is this addicting juicy fresh sweet a bit tangy passion fruit sauce. Chicken pho has the juiciest meat slices. We love that they use the traditional pho noddles. They have variety of tropical inspired cocktails as well. Customer service is excellent. The staff there is friendly and easy to chat with. Highly recommend
I worked and ate at Le Bleu for 3.5 years. Here's why this is relevant and unbiased : I am no longer employed here, I was not forced to eat their food, I was not forced to return to do so after employment ended. Now that we have that out of the way. It's been 8 months since I left Le Bleu. I returned today because I haven't been feeling well and needed something in my stomach. The chicken broth and chicken nuggets were calling me. They both taste exactly as they did 8 months ago. The consistency of this place is unwaivering and I'm so happy. Le Bleu had become my comfort food and I didn't even know it until I realized over several months how much I missed the food and flavors. They were just what I needed today. The chicken broth has always been a favorite of mine. The nuggets were a perfect protein snack, always tender and juicy, lime and Kewpie for a little flavor - and I recommend a siracha packet mixed in there too. Mmmmmm. Ordering here can't really go wrong. I overheard new staff members explaining dishes to new-comers, and they were so on point. Always helpful with flavor profiling and allergen/dietary consideration. Good job, y'all!
Was sat down to a dirty table?! The response was, “ I'm not sure why this is dirty; nobody has sat here yet.” Hmm so you mean somebody did not clean it las night? Moving on. The saving grace is the lamb and mango marriage happening here. True star of the show. Will I come back TBD? My Bahn Mi expectations are very high. Also, the lemongrass tofu has a tremendous amount of flavor.
The food was okay, but not worth the price. I’ve had my fair share of Vietnamese food, usually for less money for more food and better taste. 17 dollars for pho is crazy in my opinion. 12 for a banh mi is also insanity, usually they’re like 7 dollars. The bun tasted the best in my opinion but even then everything felt too pricy for its tastes. The vegan friend I ate with really enjoyed it though
Amazing grilled pork Banh Mi!
Stopped in for lunch and had the vegan pho. Soooo tasty. Noodles were perfect, veggies fresh and crunchy, flavors were excellent. Service was fast and attentive.
So awesome every time. Thank you!
Absolutely great food, favorite is the pork Banh Mi with a fried egg. Excellent appetizers, make sure to try the corn ribs, chicken nuggets and the wings.
