Lazy Susan

The food here is extremely good. So far I only tried a few dishes but I highly recommend the sesame chicken and orange chicken. Mongolian beef is a bit lack luster and mostly just onions and the sweet and sour soup is a bit weird from what you might expect but still decent. I hope to try more of their offerings in the future. They usually operate as a take out place so there's only 3 tables but I noticed the portions are bigger for dine in. The XO Surf + Turf fried rice and General Tso's chicken are so good!! The food is top notch here.

I can’t believe I have never been here to eat in my whole 22 years of life. I stumbled across this place not expecting much. To my surprise, not only was the food amazing, the customer service was great. My cashier, May, was so kind and answered all my questions about the menu. Having called ahead for my order, she was very patient with me and I did not feel rushed at all.

This place is the best. People who don’t like it do not know what they are talking about. Have been regulars and probably order this once a week and ALWAYS hits the spot. Sad they moved from Hayes valley to west portal but we’ve remained big fans nevertheless

Where’s the beef?!? The food was okay, but they gave me a whole onion and a little amount of beef. Not worth it to me if you are going to cut corners! Overall the service was really great and they checked in throughout my meal, but not an ideal restaurant to dine in because they only have 4 tables. The food was freshly made, but they cut back on the meat and gave me a lot of onion. I didn’t eat half of it because it was onions. Maybe the vegetarian opts are better. I saw another review that they also didn’t give them good meat portions. Avoid and go to another place that gives you a decent portion of protein!

Ordered via toast which was delivered by door dash (never doing this again). My order arrived 90 mins later. Everything was cold. I think the main ingredient in their Mongolian beef is onion. The mapo tofu was too salty. The only flavor I can taste is fermented black beans. Also could not find the impossible meat in the dish. The fried rice was packed in a small container. It's the opposite of fluffy. I guess that's normal here in the US. I've ordered several times from Lazy Susan. It's never been this bad. Never ordering again. I guess Susan got lazy?
