Layali Austin Hookah Lounge

The food was great and served by the adjacent Almarah. But the service was horrible. The server was very rude, he got some stale bread (we go there for fresh pita). When we asked for fresh pita, he charged for those (even though we were supposed to get pitas with the food we ordered). And every time we asked, he never mentioned that all the items would cost extra, like water, an empty cup for coffee etc. I took my parents there for a good experience and all that was made worse by this server. Never going to the hookah bar again. Would still love to go to Almarah.

Delightful cozy conducive atmosphere

I ordered a chicken shawarma plate with the side of salad, only received a spoon and no fork no napkins or anything. Waited 20 minutes for the server to come by. Hookah was awful. Server ignored us.
