Lava Lounge offers a unique and casual dining experience that's definitely worth a try! During my recent visit, I had the opportunity to sample their menu, which features delicious lamb chops, chicken tawook, crispy fries, creamy hummus, and a simple sampler tray. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with distinct flavors. What truly stood out was the attentive service from the waitstaff; their kindness and attentiveness made me feel like I was dining on a cruise - and I absolutely loved it! In addition to their food and drinks, Lava Lounge also doubles as a hookah lounge. Personally, I don’t drink nor smoke, so I appreciate the friendly options! While I found the atmosphere lively and enjoyable, I did encounter a minor issue with allergies. Despite inquiring about the ingredients in the Arabian Champagne, which my friend is allergic to, we were misinformed about its contents. As a result, I would advise guests to verify ingredients beforehand to ensure their safety. There are a lot of nuances when it comes to allergies and ingredients, so please do your due diligence! Overall, Lava Lounge provides a modern chic ambiance, attentive service, and an intriguing dining experience that's definitely worth exploring. Just be sure to check your bill before you check out, as we didn’t initially notice the 18% gratuity included, resulting in unintentionally over-tipping (45% of our bill). Despite this, the exceptional service was well worth it, and I look forward to returning for the delicious food and drinks! Also, the waitress that helped/interacted with us - we love your vibes ✨
Service is bad rude wait staff lacking good customer service skills 45 min hookah didn't show up Tea came with paper cups, and when I asked for regular cups the answer was we're very busy we don't have glass cups any more So I canceled the hookah and paid $13 for the tea and left to another restaurant
Went there on Saturday for Ramadan buffet, 40 min waiting in line to get some food, big disappointment as the dishes were mostly over seasoned and mediocre in quality. They also added extra 15$ “service charge” for a party of 2 for a self service buffet!
