I made a reservation for dinner at 6:45 for valentines. Upon arrival, we were immediately told that we would have to leave by 8:30 because they will need the table. I thought that was rude, but didn’t create a fuss. There was a very limited menu due to it being valentines. We got our app and enjoyed it. Then, we waited for what seemed like forever for our entrees. After 1hour of waiting, we requested our entrees to be packaged to go. The waitress apologized and was nice about it, but it was not made right by me, the customer. A manager could have at least stopped by and apologized. It was pretty expensive considering the bad service. The food was pretty good which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 2.

Had a great time at Latin Grill. Josmary was kind and attentive and seemed to know what we needed before we asked. Definitely coming back!

Es una pena que un lugar tan bonito y bien decorado siempre no cumpla las expectativas soy cliente desde que se inauguró siempre voy con mi esposa y la pasmos bien hoy 14 febrero quise volver a pasarla bien como siempre incluso lleve varios amigos e invitados porque les había hablado del lugar y fue todo una deserción tanto para mi como mis amigos en primero lugar tenían un menú limitado y estricto supuestamente un menú especial por el 14 de febrero pero nada que ver con otras ocasiones todos pedimos churrasco llego frío y seco engomado parecía chicle la comida de unos de mis amigos la comida después que llevaba más de una hora esperando había pedido congris y después de tanto esperar le dijeron que no había congris los tragos pésimos explícamos los que nos había pasado pero ellos estaban más enfocados en la propina y en cobrarnos que en darnos una explicación y tratar de que no nos fuéramos tan decepcionados tanto yo como mis amigos tuvimos una mala noche y mala experiencia y no pensamos volver más
