LATIN CAFÉ

On our trip to Miami we were searching for Authentic Cuban food and this place was within walking distance of our hotel ans the beach. The Food is TOP Tier Authentic!! We have ate lunch here two days in a row and now breakfast and in addition to the great food it’s cheap!! A must try if your looking for great taste!

Bad service!! As soon as we walked in we went to a table and noticed it was dirty, so I was standing waiting for a waiter to notice me to come and clean the dirty table and the chair. All the waiters were talking between themselves ignoring us. My cousin had to shout to the assigned waiter name GRISELL to come and clean the table and chair she came with had a bad attitude and said the chair is clean contradicting the issue of the chair being dirty. She then goes to the back and we noticed she was gossiping looking at us. Later on another waiter comes not looking at me and asking my cousin what she wanted to eat while I was getting ignored! And said GRISELL was not feeling well and she will be taking care of us. While Grisell was taking care of other tables without any problem about being sick. I asked to speak to the manager to let him know about the issue, Since I’m a recurring customer here and order a lot of food to my business. Unfortunately because of the bad treatment from Grisell I won’t come back here neither order from my Business anymore.

Great breakfast, friendly service and a fab Cafe con leche.

Best Cafe con leche in Miami. Also had Mahi Mahi with salad, rice and beans and a piece of Guava pastry. Very good. The servers are a treat and very helpful in explaning food/drink options.

There’s rats and cockroaches all over this place. AVOID. Something you would see in a third world country. I’m surprised the city granted them a license to sell “food”. Do yourself a favor and go to Pollo Tropical.
