Run don’t be walk from this place . A absolute waist of money . Service was HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE IS A ACTUAL UNDERSTATEMENT. Very disappointing as this was my birthday dinner. Our Elizabeth was terrible . Every time she hit the tables she was missing something .Elizabeth started off missing an app which okay not a big deal . We then get our drinks (20 minutes after ordering)and our server yet again missed a drink ( extra drink took an additional 15 minutes to come ) . Elizabeth barely checked on us and was no where to be found when needed . I ordered a medium cooked steak and it came SUPPER RARE. I than asked to speak to a manger . The manger seemed so bothered to even speak with me . When i told her how things were constantly missing and how under cooked my steak was she simply looked at me and responded “well what do you want me to do” . I asked her if there was any way she can accommodate us for such awful service seeing as this was my birthday diner . She responded all I can do is cook your steak again . After speaking with management our server Elizabeth came back to our table rolling her eyes saying “what drinks did I miss ? What more do you all want over here “ my whole table was extremely uncomfortable. I too am in the service industry and never have I seen a server come to a table with such an attitude trying to argue with guests it was truly appalling . Everyone in my table waiting for my plate to come out to eat their food which took 20 -25 minutes to come out. (upon my food arrival my whole tables food was cold) . When my food finally came out all my sides were cold and steak was still at the same temperature RAW. Finally I cut my loses and just let Elizabeth know I did not want me or my table to wait for my steak for a 3rd time . Very disappointing to say on my birthday I did not receive a plate of my own and had to pick off everyone else’s. When receiving the bill they also attempted to charge me for an extra pina colada . All in all, an absolute horrendous experience. And a huge waist of time and money . Staff and management really need to work on their hospitality as the attitudes and lack of attention was huge . Great food. Great drinks. Great service empanadas are highly recommended

Service was slow, without a smile. A twelve ounce steak turned out to be six ounces of fat. The sides were not cooked properly. The rice and beans were dry.

Went for my birthday. Yummy food, and great service.
