I normally love this place. I’ve been coming with my friends every Tuesday for the last year. Tonight I went there for taco Tuesday by myself cause the group was doing something and I was tired and just wanted some food and alone time. Tonight I got to las Palmas at 630. My waitress came over after I got seated and brought me chips and salsa. Then vanished for over an hour. Then came back to get my order and vanished again for over an hour. It took 3 hours for me to get in, eat, and get out. A family of 4 got that got there long after I did was served their full meal two hours after I did. I’m hoping this was just a slip up but if not I won’t be coming here anymore

I had fun today going to Las Palmas. That's was our first time. Great atmosphere, amazing friendly staff, especially Aurora.

Don’t go anywhere else for Mexican food. The food is always great, served hot (even the takeout). Fajitas for one actually make a meal for two. Quick courtesy service, plenty of parking and reasonable prices.
