Visited at The Big E and WOW! Ordered the combo with pork, rice and beans and a plantain salad of some sort that was out of this world..hope you’ll be back there next year!!

This food truck is awesome. They have THE BEST MOFONGO in the City of Springfield! The chicken pinchos are so tender & flavorful. The carne frita is fantastic. I recommend them to everyone! Follow them on Instagram and you'll always know when they will be around. Amazing!!
