Mongolian beef was fantastic. Try the dry chili chicken. Spicy spicy spicy
I got sick after eating from here
Second time we ordered for a leisurely Sunday lunch. The Singaporean fried rice is flavored with curry powder. Everything is OK but seems lacking the flavorful brilliance you'd expect from authentic Szechuan. For example, in the dishes labeled spicy, if you ask for more or less spice, the rest of the spice does not appear to be adjusted, the only change is how much red pepper flake they throw in. They unfortunately seem to be stymied by having to please too many local demands to be effective. Everything is cooked with very low salt, which is very good for your health, but consequently you don't even taste soy sauce. One appetizer and one main dish and you are spending $40-$50 bucks per person. The crispy shrimp in lemon sauce were free according to the amount spent, but were made so fast that they were mushy and white from what appears to be undercooked corn starch. The Baby Bok Choy in shroom sauce was delicious, but is it worth $20.95?
I tried the tofu with sour chili pickle, the sesame tofu, and the green scallion pancake and both were amazing! The flavors and textures were gorgeous, the service attentive and the atmosphere felt welcoming and cozy. The server was especially kind to my 5 year old daughter and went out of their way to make it special which doesn't always happen when you being a rambunctious kid into a restaurant haha I found myself wanting to try a lot more of their menu! Vegetarian options: There is a large vegetable and tofu menu and items are clearly marked vegetarian so you don't have to guess if there are secret ingredients.
