Dry pot guy will give you much more than you can eat! I think I got more than 2 pound of meat (they charge by the weight) just for myself, they totally scammed me! Make sure you don’t fall into the same situation as me. Food is good though. Asked a friend of mine and he had a similar experience.

Ok.. gotta say you need to know what this place is about before coming in. Like how to order. Kinda confusing. Really healthy food though. Bae and I always passed by on the way to the park. Finally decided to stop in. Okay... Gonna just hand me the bill and not even take the dirty plates.. I see how it is...rush us out.. you played yourself. Lowered rating for service

If you want to get ripped off, this place is for you ! The food was not bad, but they charge $5 for 4 pieces of mushroom and another $5 for glass noodles. I thought stereotypical Chinese scam doesn’t exist, but apparently it does exist in our reality!

My favorite place to get dry hot pot in NYC. I love this place because you are able to pick out what you want and weigh it. They have a large selection of meats, including lamb, pork belly, fatty beef, and also seafood. They have all the vegetables that a typical hot pot place would have as well. I love that they have ramen. The spice is intense so be careful with what you choose. I always come here whenever I am craving dry pot! It’s more affordable than other places and youre able to pick everything. They weigh the meat and veggies separately. Great to order out as well! Also a great place to share with others! The employee asks for how many to get the size appropriate to the party! Vegetarian options: Large selection of vegetables!

The food was okay but the services were so annoying.The server took away all our plates and bowls as soon as I put down my chopsticks to get something in my pocket. The server cleaned the table and brought the bill even without asking us if we’ve done with the food. They only allow suggested tips of 16%, 18% or 22%. Not that I have a problem tipping those percentages but the issue is that if it's "suggested" you should have a choice esp if you're not feeling the service you've received. When my friend asked the cashier, she replied "oh no, we only have suggested tips" which I'm certain is an illegal business practice.

This bowl for 2 people cost $72 before tip and $86 with tip … Idk if they scammed us or if it’s really that expensive but either way just avoid this place. And btw the mala was mid

Altogether, in my opinion this place gets 4 stars. The food was 10/10 hands down. My man loved this spot too. I been telling him let’s come here for the longest lmao. I am a hot oil snob, so they did well there. The spicy fried chicken and fried rice was just perfect. The service here is confusing. They don’t instruct you how to order. Supposedly you can also order on the other side where you pick what you can get in a bowl? Then at the table you order via their barcode app thing? It’s confusing and they don’t instruct you unless you ask. I think they should from the walk in. But other than that it was all good. Lots of students all around. But definitely is a cute date night spot. Would definitely come back at least once or twice more. I’d eat here alone too on a day my boyfriend is running late from work or something hehe.
