institution! Took my daughter and her friend for a birthday lunch. The staff and service were fantastic. They made us feel very welcome and lots of good advice about the food and wine. We had Jersey oysters, steak tartare, truffle linguine, stuffed courgette flowers, chicken Kiev with the most fantastic mashed potato. The stuffed courgette flowers were so light and delicious. For me they were the perfect starter. Not heavy but super flavours. Dessert was chocolate fondant and a banana soufflé that was absolutely top class. Even the bread and butter at the beginning was pretty damn good! Drinks included a pink champagne as an aperitif then a bottle of Italian white (recommended by the sommelier) that wasn't ridiculously expensive and went with most of the very different types of food we had ordered. Finished with a sweet dessert wine to go with the soufflé. All in all, what a great birthday experience that will hopefully live long in the memory. I really don't want to wait for another year to return. There were so many great choices on the menu I'd happily go back next week.

Absolutely love this Restaurant! Was treated by the family for Mother's Day and we had such a lovely time. You cannot fault the customer service and the food is excellent. Would definitely recommend to familyand friends. Hope to visit again very soon.

From having a cocktail whizzed up to my liking at the bar, gin, lemon, elderflower mix..thank you, to fabulous food & wines and service you chaps are fabulous % I had prawns Aliou as starter and salmon main both outstanding. Thank as always.
