Dined 4/27/24. It started well with drinks then steadily went downhill. Both cups of gumbo were lukewarm. After heating it up the flavor was delicious. Entrees served...my Redfish Etoufe was lukewarm, the veggies and dirty rice were cold. The server never checked back. She left us for at least 20-25 minutes. When she finally arrived we asked for check and box. I also told her about the cold food. The manager never visited us but sent a message offering free dessert or removal of gumbo. We opted to have gumbo removed. I think this evening could have been saved if the server had checked back to have problems corrected. This was our first visit and will likely be our only visit. I'm not inclined to risk cold food and inattentive service again.

Food was very good. All fresh. The service has much to be desired and the restaurant was not full.

I experienced food poisoning along with major stomach symptoms along with diarrhea at this location on 04/20/2024. I received a phone call from their director today and had a phone call conversation in which she showed absolutely zero remorse whatsoever and asked me for a lab results test to prove that I was food poisoned with diarrhea over a $20 something dollar meal! What she fails to realize is some people are allergic to seafood yet here she is trying to throw medical 'lab results' terminology to someone who works in the medical field as a blatant disregard to making things right! I feel absolutely disgusted for being a Landry Rewards member! I Have spent well over a thousand dollars eating at various Landry locations all over the Southeast this past year or 2. Now I'll make sure to tell family, colleagues, and friends to avoid this monstrous food restaurant group going forward! She did absolutely nothing to make things right! This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They couldn't even get my Landry rewards points added up right until after I reached out.

I food poisoning at this restaurant on 04/20 of this year and horrible customer service and diarrhea! I am Landry member and my points were not even added correctly! The server swiped for only my tea for $4! My meal was $32! Where's the rest of my points?

First time it's amazing would love to live here would make it our night out loved our waitresses larryl.

We often enjoy dining with Laundry's, and the dinners are ample for us to share. The scallops were prepared and served just right. So we also enjoyed cake and ice cream.

This was our first time at Landry's Seafood House. It is an excellent place to go out for dinner when you want to splurge while you're on vacation. We highly recommend it! Kid-friendliness: They have a section on the menu for kid dishes. Wheelchair accessibility: There is an available ramp from the parking lot to the restaurant.
