Lancasters BBQ

Awesome home cook food, fried chicken, eastern carolina bbq, okras,potatoes, allll good, I also ordered the homemade chips and caso also good!! wasn't disappointed, use to bring kids here years age glad we decided to stop by tonight, good atmosphere, nice employees with good service.

The food was delicious and Ally was a solid and mistake-free server. ******** original post: I heard great things about this place but it did not live up to that hype. We went somewhat late on a weekday evening, so there were not a lot of patrons. My entree was a bit lukewarm and didn't strike me as delicious, just an "okay" meal at best. The service was somewhat poor because the waitress did not correctly note the order and had to make extra trips to clarify and correct it. I do like that Cheerwine is served here and would consider paying another visit in order to have more sample data.

True eastern BBQ seems to be a lost art but not at Lancasters BBQ this is the way it was meant to be .pulled pork was delicious and seasoned perfectly their vinegar sauce is true NC flavor. Absolutely wonderful was mustard slaw and Brunswick stew I recommend the drive to this part of Huntersville NC the restaurant was clean and my server toni was so friendly and attentive. True attention to our NC roots live on in this location I will return for another wonderful meal and hats off to Lancasters for a lunch that's unforgettable.

Great southern BBQ, one of a few places you can find fantastic mustard slaw; "sweet". Very good onion rings too. Try them with the Bang Bang Shrimp sauce.
