Matthew's Pizza Kitchen

Amazing pizza place in the cape! Garlic knots are TO DIE FOR I will be dreaming about them for the next week. Service was great, Faith was a great server, super friendly and attentive. And Matthew greeted us at the end and was so kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Detroit style Sicilian is excellent but the Grand Papa is off the charts outstanding. Super friendly folks too

We ordered a deluxe pizza. The sauce was extremely spicy and the crust was overcooked and burnt. Our previous order was a calzone with ricotta cheese in it and they forgot the ricotta so we ended up with a Stromboli instead. Will not be returning

Great pizza, consistently each time I've had it. They also lend a voice to shelter animals in need of a home. Happy to support them in return.

Matthew's is in a nice hidden little spot off pine island road. They make great use of the smaller space, and the place is very clean. We ordered a half dozen garlic knots with sauce as an appetizer. They were amazing, enjoyed by both adults and children, great dough and great sauce! We had the grand papa pizza with fresh basil and garlic. It takes longer to cook, but well worth the wait. The garlic was a bit much for the youngest of our group, but everyone else highly approved. Can't wait to get back and try their traditional pizzas, and the menu includes some really interesting looking Italian dishes.

Went here for the first time tonight. First of all, the sauce is AMAZING. I’m pretty sure it’s the tastiest sauce I’ve ever had. Second of all, the service was fantastic. Third of all, the chef Matt, came out and talked to everyone. He was so friendly and nice. It was just such a pleasant experience all around. I will definitely be going back and bringing more people! I wish I had taken more photos, but all I have is my cheese pizza.

This is surely a "world-class" place. It's not just a pizza place, it's a small restaurant. There's a rather extensive menu with lots of Italian specialties! Many sit-down tables were all dolled up in red and white, and looking clean and inviting. The whole space screams clean, neat, and well managed. Matthew was in the kitchen doing his thing. Our server Faith, was handling the dining room like a pro. Believe all the hype, the pizza is awesome and very photogenic.

Great customer service very attentive. My pizza was made well just way too many, and so the center was a little soft.. It would also be nice if they actually used real Italian sausage. The sausage reminded me of public school pizza sausage. Vegetarian options: I ordered the Mediterranean pizza with sausage the flavor was on par. There was just an excess of toppings. Some people enjoy all the extra stuff I like a balance of ingredients. A good pizza doesn't need a lot to taste great.. Parking: Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Awesome customer service.

Great pizza! Plenty of tasty sauce and garlic, firm crust, great chew! Staff is happy and seating area is very clean. Owner is from Michigan!
