Update: Food and service were wonderful! Would definitely go back! Food was way better the first time I went tonight for dinner and it was not the same. Rice was bland, fries were hard. They are out of two sides I ordered and no real dessert options. Won’t be returning.

Best food I've had in awhile and our waitress Alejandria was amazing. The tres leche dessert melted in my mouth.

We had a party of about 12 people, and we were SO well taken care of. We didn't call ahead or anything, but the staff was so accommodating. Great service, great food. Will definitely be coming back! 10/10 recommend

Was out celebrating my dogs second birthday and came here for dinner. I was very pleased to see they had a vegan menu. It’s really difficult to eat a plant based diet and they made it very easy. Only issue was when ordering the guacamole I guess we didn’t make it clear which kind we wanted because we wanted the chopped one but got the one with pork rinds on it. Obviously goes again my diet lol! Will be coming again and will likely become one of my frequent go tos because of the vegan menu. Thank you for catering to people with diet restrictions. We just tried it for the second time (we went when it first opened). The service here is mediocre. The severely overpriced food arrived cold both times. We will not be trying this restaurant again as there are lots of fantastic Mexican restaurants in the area!

The food was OK, there are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in the area that are much better. The food made you full, but tasted like everything came out of a can. Service was OK, never eating there again.

Understandably, they were busy for Saint Patrick's Day so the service was incredibly slow. I ordered a beverage at the beginning of the meal and it never came. I inquired about it once our food was brought out and was told a couple times that it was coming. We finished our food and still no drink. Once we were able to get the waitress’s attention I told her I no longer wanted the drink seeing as we were done with our meal. She was kind and apologetic and said that I would not be charged for my drink and that I would receive a discount. Checks came and the discount was given to the other person I was dining with not me.

Food was amazing. And staff was excellent. Great place to eat.

First let me say we love Lalos. They have interesting food and good service in the past. However, last night was a disaster. Half the tables were empty but they were unable to seat us due to a backup in the kitchen. The wait would be 20 min but the text to seat us NEVER came! We decided to leave and eat elsewhere. We have never had an experience like that. I’m not sure we will ever go back.
