Laguna Burger

I used to really like Laguna Burger! But it's just been so awful, lately. Burger was so well done, it was like trying to chew shoe leather. Green chile had so little flavor, I actually started wondering if it was 3d printed out of cellulose or something. Super watery, and zero flavor. Fries were a teeny tiny portion; dried up, and ice cold. I didn't have a single "fry sized" fry in the bunch. It was like fry crumbs. I assume I got the end of the basket. Added bacon, and it was super dried out, and over cooked. Looked like Beggin' Strips. Staff was polite and pleasant though, so that was the saving grace of the visit.

Original location used to be really good. We went for lunch. Milkshake came out first even though our order was takeout. Fries were completely cold and burgers were lukewarm. The only redeeming factor was the kids hotdog, which was actually good! As others have mentioned majority of staff I encountered were just downright rude. Prices are very high now for tiny fry and no drink. We will not be returning

We had the Laguna Burger which was served lukewarm, cheese barely melted, and with green chile that was tasteless: No flavor and no "kick" whatsoever. The lettuce and tomato were crisp and fresh, as were the pickles and onions. The woman who tends bar when she's not eating (didn't see a name tag) knows nothing about the draft beer and proudly stated "I don't drink, so I don't know" anything about beer. She was quite rude so I didn't dare ask for samples of the local brews. Disappointing because I'm here from Texas and was looking forward to a local, NM brew. The service was slow, appearing unorganized with little attention to customer service for dine in, take-out, and online or phone orders. One of the other women (didn't see a name tag) was friendly, alas, too late to impact our experience. My advice: Go to 12th Street Tavern. It's just across the street and the bartenders know their products, they are never rude, and the food and customer service are much better.

Good burger. The fries were even better. Green chile was not hot but had good flavor.

I brought my family Here and we had a great experience here with the food tasting great, and to top it off we got great customer service from the waitress.

Make sure to double check your burger. Didn’t order extra hair. Also be weary ordering online, got there and their iPad that receives online orders was dead so had to wait an extra thirty mins. Spent nearly 50$ and even left a tip while ordering online and family all lost appetite due to hair in food.
