Ladurée

Unfortunately this location has no concept of line: queue whatsoever. Waited for over 30 minutes in line and everyone kept getting served ahead of me… The was a random guy who claimed to be coming to this location for over 10 years, okay loyalty is important but still does him being a tour guide warrants any special treatment? When people in line raised questions, we were brushed off … Finally my friend caught the eye of stuff and was able to place an order, be standing next to her would suggest I’m next in line to place mine, right ? Wrong!!!! They served some random people in the back. Totally bizarre order… when we asked why? The stuff member said it’s bcuz they were in here earlier and therefore they are a customer. And what that makes me ? Chuck liver? I would love to be a customer if I ever get a chance to be served. 20 minutes of my life down the drain to no avail. I wouldn’t normally write a review, but every time we asked politely is there a proper line, or are we missing something we were dismissed and at the end I decided not to order anything, bcuz I seems that my turn just never came I. My friend stayed waiting for her order it took 10 minutes to get iced coffee. Such rude attitude

Sweet & lovely! Only issue was no WC, so we bought something to go I setad of being able to sit down for a more lavish experience.

I first had Ladurée in Paris, so when I got home and found that there were a couple shops in NYC, I knew where to go for my macaron fix. This location is small, but charming. If I'm in the area for a museum or shopping, I will stop by, especially to see what seasonal flavors are on the menu. They have a very tiny seating area off to the side (as well as some outdoor seating during nice weather) for afternoon tea. It's cute and cozy, but the staff is often very busy and since they accommodate both the counter as well as the seating area, service can sometimes be slow if there are a lot of people waiting. But, I'm so glad we have a local Ladurée...which reminds me, I'm craving macarons!

My pregnant friend tried to use the bathroom and the lady out front told her she absolutely could not. Outrageous.

I usually go to this place for coffee , pastries and macarons. But look at what I saw today. Can’t believe this with my eyes. A plastic in the pastry??? I paid $12 for a pastry and this should not be the quality. Kind of disappointed. But flavor is 10/10 as always. Please do better!!

Did not eat macarons today... as available in Time Warner, etc. Parisienne Croissant good. Capuccino nice. Small but nice seating area. Hope they can heat up Croissants though.
