In all honesty, one of the best Mexican food you can get in Austin (I guess technically Cedar Park). My wife is latina so our Mexican food bar is pretty high. Everything we've tried at this place just absolutely SHINED. For breakfast tacos, the staple bacon egg and potato is tried and true. Also can't go wrong with their chrizo and eggs. My wife makes her own chorizo so if she likes it from here that's a great compliment. My "go to" are the barbacoa and the chicharrón tacos (also available for lunch). Just beware that both are VERY juicy and could soak through the paper bag while in transport. The chicken flauta plate is amazing as well. Best flautas I've had. Comes with rice and beans, both of which were up to our standards. Highly highly recommend if you're in the area.
I was really looking forward to a carnitas (shredded pork) gordita but what I got was over 75% flat squares & rectangles of thick fat w/ a bit of shredded pork. I gave it back & they did not offer a refund or to make anything else. I won't be back.
Their French Fries were very soggy as if they weren't deep fried at all. The corn tortillas weren't fresh and not even warmed up. Everything else was good, though, but still wouldn't recommend.
Parking: In a Shell station
Grease soaked through the paper bag and the breakfast tacos fell through the bag, onto my pants, staining them, and then onto the floor.
