The staff is welcoming and friendly. Environment is clean and professional. I tipped $10 for a disappointing experience. The coffee had way too much milk, of you like milk drinks this the place. The waffle was crunchy yet cold, my breakfast sandwich was delicious but my egg was runny when I asked for hard. I waited 35 mintues for the food when it wasn’t busy. So yeah it was a moment but won’t return.

How is it possible to love this place so much? Amazing coffee and even more amazing people. My favorite, hands down.

Love the location and vibe, but unfortunately the coffee and matcha lattes are super watered down and are pretty bad ☹️

Breakfast Burrito with sausage is delicious might be a little spicy. Hazelnut oat latte can be a little sweet so I like to ask for light on the hazelnut.

My delicious breakfast sandwich came with a fresh salad of mixed greens and a tasty dressing, which I wasn't expecting but was a nice touch!
