Quality of the food was horrible the worst I ever had and their prices suck

I saw all the positive reviews so it had to be good. I was rather disappointed. The food is high processed and not fresh. I ordered some Carne Asada fries. Smothered in runny, fake cheese and processed guacamole. The meat was fatty. The tacos my fried got where not great. Additionally, I asked for water to drink but got no cup. When our food was ready we were called up to serve ourselves, clear our own tables and get our own drinks. For this they wanted a tip? A tip for what? They should have tipped me for doing all the work.
