This is the fourth Francesca's Location we have visited, as always the food was wonderful. Our service was exceptional. Margeaux Was very knowledgeable of the menu and her service was Outstanding..... kudos to her. Margeaux is an asset to your company and it was a pleasure having her as our server.

I will caveat this review by saying in occurred on 2/14 (Valentines Day) so hopefully some of the issues we experienced were as a result of high traffic. To begin, we were seated upstairs, and packed in like sardines. I understand restaurants want to maximize the amount of people they want to service, but for the prices, there needs to be some concessions made with how many people you try to squeeze into a given space. My fiance and I were basically a part of the conversation to the table less than 12 inches from us - we heard every word, and felt like our conversation was stifled in an effort to respect their privacy, and ours. In addition, there is a loud dish staging/clearing area in the upstairs of the restaurant that the service team was consistently turning over. That coupled with the high ceilings called for a super loud/racket background noise for our whole dinner. It was not pleasant to hold or keep conversation. The food was luke warm/cold as well. We ordered meatballs as a starter, and they feel like they had been nuked in microwave for 1min prior to service. This was disappointing. We ordered the Pacherri Vodka, also cold, and my fiance ordered a 43 dollar filet, medium rare. It came out medium well, and warm/not hot. The best thing we ate was the side of roasted potatoes - which were probably made to order - so they came out at the correct temperature. Our server, Bob, was actually really great and attentive - but we did not have the heart to complain about our food. He was doing the best he could given the circumstances. We may come back on a non-holiday to see if the food improves, but sadly - were very disappointed in the experience/ambiance and food - based on the prices.

I tried this place out on a date night with my husband. The food was great. We started off with bruschetta Romana and drinks. Bruschetta Romana was tasty. For the main course I had Mezze Rigatoni Con Melanzane which was exceptionally amazing. My husband ordered Paccheri Alla Vodka E Salsiccia which was delicious as well. I would recommend this place and is MUST TRY once for sure. A+

We celebrated a big birthday in the semi-private dining room upstairs and everything was just perfect! Easy to work with in the planning stages, the food was exceptional, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and nice atmosphere in the dining room. A great experience overall, highly recommend for private events.

Margeaux was the best waitress we’ve ever had. Celebrated a birthday and she made it extra special. Will be back again and again.

Really good place to eat and get together with family and friends.

I fell and it was completely my fault! Jorge, Margeaux, and Abel were all so gracious to me!
