Thw food was really good. Chips and salsa had good flavor and fresh cilantro. The tacos Seafood was really good but the service was very slow. Ran out of drinks, salsa and took 30 minute to place order and they do not bring a bill and don't tell you so keep that in mind you just go to front to pay
While in town for the solar eclipse, we found La Presa while driving near our hotel and decided to give it a try. We were seated in a timely manner at a booth towards the back of the restaurant. They were busy with most tables filled on Sunday evening. Once seated, quickly we were given water and chips with salsa. Their chips were light and crispy and their salsa was fantastic! It took a while for our server to come to our table to take our order. She was patient with our questions and my food allergies. Food took a while to arrive, but that was expected with how busy they were. Food was hot and tasted great, a bit greasy but not surprised with the type of cuisine. If I was ever in the area again, I'd happily eat at La Presa another time and try something new! Vegetarian options: There was nothing labeled vegetarian on the menu. I had to ask for things to be omitted from the dish I ordered to make it vegetarian. Took a while for the server to understand what I was asking for. Dietary restrictions: Explained my shellfish allergy to the server and was able to order an item from the menu without the shrimp. Most dishes available as gluten free. Parking: Easily able to find parking, including handicap spots. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with its own kids menu and alacarte options for kids.
This Mexican food is very authentic! The food and margaritas are made fresh! You can't beat the prices either !
Don’t let the outside fool you. Inside is some great food served by friendly people. The portions are generous. The carnitas I had were delicious!
