I used to stop by there on my way in from my route when I drove buses for Mayflower some years ago and Layla was a little bit disappointed this time I wasn't too impressed with the tamale tasted it like it was old and although they were very nice but the service the expectation of the food wasn't like I had expected how it was so I wouldn't come back

I've been searching Denver for the perfect tamales of quality, taste, size, and price. I've been to over 25 different places, specifically for tamales, and after coming here, I never need go anywhere else for tamales. I would die for this place.

Incredible tamales and the best breakfast burrito in the city. Everything here is top notch. The staff are always in a good mood, the owner is cool (and engaging) and, the prices are wonderful. A true gem and classic Denver staple.
