Place is kind of cool, but the customer service is awful!! Kept getting ignored when I went to order for a burrito. Got cut in line 3 times and the line cook saw I got cut in line and still proceeded to ignore me and take their order..The cashier at checkout didn’t even acknowledge me… Reply: I leave 1 star reviews for the ones that deserve it! Instead of being upset with my review, you should teach your staff to be more respectful! Thank you!

Bad service. A bread fell and they cost me double for the bread. Even though I was going to pay money in cash. They said I was going to pay double for a bread that the machine fell on acdincent!!!

Well this is my second time ever being to the store. My first impression is this place is pretty great. Their bread is delicious. But today was my second time there and I was embarrassed and felt like I was being treated like a criminal. I bring my 4 year old daughter with me both times and this last trip my daughter knocked a jar of coffee from the cart and it broke. I felt as if I was being treated as a criminal. I was approached by security and and he did not speak my language and finally used his phone to tell me that I need to pay for the jar that was broke. Went and took a picture. I said I would pay for it. I get to the check out and I was explaining to the man that I broke a jar and was told the cashier I had to pay for the broken coffee. Shortly later another man came and the security man also. It made me feel very uncomfortable and it’s sad. This is such a big store and I had over 100$ in groceries and they could have excused a small $7 jar of coffee for an accident my daughter did. If this had been Krogers or another store they would have said it was fine. I did not like being felt to feel like a criminal. It was an accident. I was not walking through the store making a fool. I don’t know if I will return. There are many other Mexican stores I can go to. I am very disappointed. Especially since I was making a large purchase. Moral of the story, if you have children, for warning no grace is given.

Los precios un poco elevados en comparación al resto de las tiendas y los empleados siempre atienden de mala gana, cómo si estuvieran obligaos a trabajar allí.
